Students
- If students have IT queries, they should email support@brigidine.qld.edu.au.
- IT should be able to provide support remotely using “Quick Assist” which all staff and students have on their laptops.
- IT may also need to call the student/staff via Microsoft Teams if there needs to be a back and forth dialogue.
- If minor repairs are needed, you may be asked to come to the College, at a set time.
- A hot swap computer may be able to be provided to your daughter if necessary.
- Please do not come to the IT department at the College, without notice.
