In March 2016, the Uniform Shop was renamed Brigid’s Cloak in homage to our Celtic heritage and the works of St Brigid, the College’s patron saint. Find out more at the Brigidine Sisters’ website.
A student competition was held to select a new name for the Uniform Shop after major renovations were completed in 2016. Remy Davidson (Year 10, 2016) won this naming competition.
The College is no longer accepting second-hand uniforms for re-sale. For all sales, please join the Brigidine College Indooroopilly second-hand uniform sales Facebook group. If you would like to donate second-hand uniforms, please send them into Brigid’s Cloak.
A new sustainability step we are taking here at Brigidine is to make use of the organisation Wornup to recycle any old uniforms that can’t be recycled by the amazing Helen Jeffcoat (staff member). Our uniform shop will be a collection point.
