Sports Sign On

My daughter agrees to attend the scheduled training and/or games (unless unwell) to represent Brigidine College. I give permission for my daughter to be transported to specific venues via bus by Brigidine staff where needed. I give permission for Brigidine staff to administer first aid for minor injuries where required.
